These terms apply when you use or buy an app or browser extension from Wekihub("we", "us"), including Wekiflo, and when you use this website. By installing, using or buying our software you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Your license to use our software
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software on computers and browsers you own or control, under the plan you have (Free, Pro or Lifetime) and these terms. The software is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights in it, including its name, logo and design.
2. Plans
- Free is free to use with the limits shown on each app's page (for Wekiflo, for example, a small watermark and a monthly Auto Edit allowance).
- Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt; Pro then continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for the app's current major version (for Wekiflo, every update up to version 1) with no renewal.
Where an app says a feature is included with a plan (for example the Wekiflo desktop app with Pro and Lifetime), it is available while that plan is active. Prices are shown before you pay; sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals, and we will tell existing subscribers before a renewal price changes.
3. License keys
Paid plans come with a license key. It is for one person (you, or one member of your team if bought for them). You may use it on your own computers and browsers. You may not share, publish, sell or resell keys. We may stop issuing updates to, or refuse support for, keys that have been shared, refunded or obtained by fraud.
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. Their terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
5. Refunds
Every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.
6. What you may not do
- Remove, bypass or tamper with license checks, plan limits or watermarks.
- Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it.
- Rent, lend, sell or redistribute the software or keys.
- Use the software to break the law or anyone's rights, including recording people or content you don't have permission to record.
7. Your content
What you record and create is yours. Our apps work on your computer and we don't receive your content. You are responsible for having the right to record and share it. Videos made on a paid plan may be used commercially.
8. Updates
We may update our software to fix problems, add features or meet store and legal requirements. Our apps don't update themselves over the internet unless installed from a store that does so (such as the Chrome Web Store).
9. No warranty
We work hard to make our software reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep copies of anything important; we are not responsible for recordings lost to your computer, browser or storage.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the software in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Ending
You may stop using our software at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Wekihub is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases and use after that date.
