If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.
How to ask
Email support@wekihub.com from the address you bought with and include your order number (it's on your receipt). We reply within two business days.
What happens next
- Our payment provider sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- For a Pro subscription, the refund covers the payment you ask about and the subscription is cancelled so it won't renew.
- Your license key is withdrawn. Please remove it from the app (Settings menu → License…); the free plan keeps working.
After 30 days
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the link in your receipt; it won't renew and Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. Payments older than30 days aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or a problem on our side kept the app from working for you, which we're always happy to look at.
